1 month

Landon is 1 month old and I can honestly say time has flown by. Why didn't it go this fast during my pregnancy!? Here are some fun facts about him....

-loves taking baths
-tries to climb up your chest if you are holding him
-loves his binky
-loves to eat his hands :)
-starting to make funny noises
-likes tummy time
-giggles & smiles in his sleep
-can hold his head up by himself
-sleeps 3-4 hours at a time at night (pretty good for a newborn if you ask me!)
-doesn't like being swaddled

A few pictures of the cute boy himself:

I'm sad that he isn't so little anymore, but I love that he is more active and playful everyday. I'll try to post more pictures of him since he is just so cute!

24 weeks

Last week, we went in for our 24 week appointment. Besides waiting for 2 hours (ugh!) we were able to see baby again to check his heart & face. Its amazing how much bigger he looked this time. Anyway, his heart and face looked great.
If you want to see the ultrasound we had, here is our link:

Other than that, things are going well. I feel great and have had a pretty easy pregnancy so far. Here is a belly picture to show our progress!

The baby room

Josh & I have been working on the baby room lately. We have it pretty well put together, and I think it looks cute! I had to take pictures of it before we move it around for guests next month!

The crib

The dresser/changing table... you can get a glimpse of the cute bedding!
And my favorite part of the room...

Josh is the best and found this awesome rocking chair/glider for a good price! I can't wait to put it to good use!

We'll keep you posted on our 6 month appointment next week. Let's hope this baby decides to show his face this time!

Vamos ter um filho!

This year we are going to have the best Christmas Eve, EVER. Because of this little peanut:

Everything looks great! Heart rate was strong and everything looks healthy. We are so excited for December 24th!

(Sorry, the picture is blurry!)
