6 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. fresh cilatro, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
pinch of salt
pinch of garlic powder (or 1 diced clove of garlic)
In a bowl with 1/2 c. of water, add all ingredients. You can add more garlic and salt to your taste. Refridgerate before serving. ENJOY!
It's pretty simple and easy. You can add in whatever you like to it. Beans, bell pepper, corn... etc.
I am not such a great blogger... so enjoy . I will go home tonight and watch some more Dog The Bounty Hunter. All by myself.

I totally know what you mean about feeling like a widow! Buck gets so wrapped up in his homework. If ONLY we had a homework den! The alternative is staring at him quietly on the couch haha. That's why I read so much.
He should be more like me...I don't believe in homework! :)
At least you have the dog!!! Dog and salsa go together like Hot dogs and London! Enjoy this time cuz' it will be gone before you know it! You are such a supportive wife not to mention a photographer!!! LOL Smooches, Mum
YES, i ditto your mum, you are soooo supportive and that means soooooo much...it will pay off...i just don't know how you stand dog's torpedo wife...i can't bear to watch HER...hey, i'm going to make the salsa when i get home...nice pic by the way...i luv you!
Don't worry I promise it will get easier! You should take up some kind of hobby that gets you out of the house a few nights a week so you aren't so bored; that's what I did. I hated just watching tv and seeing Blake at the table doing homework all the time.
Oh girl, I know the feeling! Mark has been in school the majority of our marriage (4 1/2 years out of 5)! I do have to say, you get used to it and you treasure the time you do have together! I hope it gets easier for you! love ya!
I think I might need to attempt this recipe sometime this week. Although Robert is not a huge salsa fan....so yeah for getting fat!!! (thats me I'm talking about)
